Nice experience
I planned my trip to Florida for over a year in advance and “tried” to use Turo for a car rental. I paid three months ahead of time for a convertible for my daughter. Once we arrived the car would not unlock. The “owner” couldn’t get it to unlock either. Turo on a help line said it was unlocked and there was nothing that could be done. I should call roadside assistance. Really? It’s not even my car!! The “owner” couldn’t respond to unlock it. I was now stuck without a car or a backup. Nice. Thanks.
